At ShadowGrip Gaming, we construct performance-calibrated hardware designed to safeguard your competitive edge. Please review our shipping logistics and promotional terms below to understand how your gear is processed, dispatched, and managed post-delivery.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently operate and ship exclusively within South Africa. We do not process or dispatch international orders outside of South African borders at this time.
2. Order Processing & Timelines

Orders are systematically verified, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation.

Once your package leaves our fulfillment facility, an automated email containing your tracking number and live courier link will land in your inbox.

Note: During high-velocity promotional drops, processing queues may extend slightly due to surge order volumes.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We offer two flat-rate local shipping tiers at checkout via premium local couriers:

Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (Nationwide)

Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (Main hubs like Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban)
4. Promotional, Vault & Sale Items Policy (Strict Terms)
To maintain our highly competitive pricing structures during nationwide promotional windows, specialized events, or seasonal campaigns (including but not limited to bundle deals, or discount code applications):

No Cash/Gatway Refunds on Sale Items: All promotional purchases, discounted items, and multi-pack bundle acquisitions are considered final-tier sales. They are entirely non-refundable back to the original payment method or bank account.

Exchanges & Store Credits Only: If a product purchased under a promotion or sale is completely unopened, unblemished, and still sealed in its original retail packaging, it is eligible strictly for a size/model exchange or a digital store credit gift voucher within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping Responsibility on Returns: The courier logistics and costs involved in returning promotional items to our warehouse facility for an exchange or store credit remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Standard (Full Price) Returns & Eligibility
For standard, non-sale, full-priced items, we offer a 30-day return window from the precise date of delivery. To qualify for a successful item credit or refund:

The unit must be entirely unused, unmarked, and free of physical scuffs or hand grease.

It must be firmly sealed inside its original retail packaging box with all custom inserts, braided cables, and tactical guides pristine and intact.

Standard return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees applied at checkout are non-refundable.
6. Address Accuracy & Deliveries
Please cross-check your street name, suburb, building/complex units, and area code before finalizing your checkout. ShadowGrip Gaming cannot assume financial liability, offer replacements, or issue credits for packages delayed, lost, or mistakenly delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the buyer.
7. Missing or Defective Consignments
If your parcel arrives with clear, visible transit damage from the courier or exhibits a technical manufacturing defect out of the box:

Please attach clear photographic or video proof of the unopened shipping box and the product state, along with your original order number, for an immediate priority technical evaluation.
