What products do you offer?
We design and manufacture premium, esports-grade wireless power accessories exclusively for the PS5 DualSense controller. Our current lineup includes:
- ShadowGrip Contour (1500mAh): Ultra-slim, featherlight ergonomic back-pack cell.
- ShadowGrip Quantum (1500mAh): Intelligent power unit featuring a live digital LED telemetry screen.

Do I need to open or modify my controller to use a ShadowGrip?
Not at all. Every ShadowGrip accessory features a 100% plug-and-play mechanical design. They slide on and click directly into your controller’s top USB-C port in under a second. No tools, no disassembly, and no soldering required.
Can I charge my controller and the ShadowGrip at the same time?
Yes. All of our models feature advanced intelligent dual pass-through circuitry. Plug your standard USB-C cable directly into the ShadowGrip port overnight, and it will safely juice up both the power pack and your DualSense controller simultaneously.
Will a ShadowGrip affect my original PS5 controller warranty?
No. Because our products are entirely external and clip onto the outside of your hardware without opening the shell, your original Sony manufacturer warranty remains 100% safe and intact.
Are these packs compatible with the PS5 DualSense Edge controller?
Our current high-density lineup is engineered exclusively to match the exact form factor, rear grip curves, and weight balance of the standard PS5 DualSense controller. They are not compatible with the DualSense Edge or third-party pro pads due to differing rear structural dimensions.

Do you ship across South Africa?
Yes, we offer reliable nationwide delivery to every corner of South Africa (including Gauteng, Western Cape, KZN, and all regional outlines) via premium local couriers.
How long does order processing and shipping take?
- Processing: All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Absolutely. As soon as your package is scanned by our courier partners, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your live tracking link will land in your inbox.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our build quality with a premium 30-day money-back guarantee. If your power pack is unused, unblemished, and still sealed in its original retail packaging, you can safely request a return within 30 days of delivery.
How can I request a return?
Simply drop an email to our support team at sales@shadowgrip.co.za with your original order number, and our team will guide you through our local return logistics.
Are return courier fees my responsibility?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives physically defective or the incorrect items were dispatched.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once our quality assurance team receives and checks your returned parcel, refunds are processed directly back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
