Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a successful refund or item exchange, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:

• It must be completely unused, unmarked, and free of physical scuffs.
• It must be firmly sealed inside its original retail packaging box with all custom inserts, braided cables, and tactical guides included.

Non-Returnable Items

• Power packs that show clear physical signs of wear, surface scratches, or gaming sweat from active use.
• Items returned with damaged, ripped, or missing original retail boxes.
• Product units damaged due to improper consumer drops, moisture exposure, or forceful handling.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at sales@shadowgrip.co.za with your order number and a brief note detailing the return.
2. Await our official confirmation email containing our authorized local return address instructions.
3. Securely pack the item to prevent transit damage and drop it off with your chosen courier.

Important: Items posted back to our warehouse facility without first submitting an official return request cannot be accepted or credited.
